The Company

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Technical Engineer.

The Role

  • This position an exciting opportunity for recent or soon to be graduate to join a forward-thinking employer with real career progression opportunities.
  • You will support the business across several areas including Project Engineering, R and D, Commercial, Test, Estimating and Manufacturing.
  • The successful candidate will receive guidance from experienced Engineers and Managers, while also contributing to projects and developing your technical and soft skills.
  • Developing designs using a range of computer packages.
  • Forming and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Creation of development and test plans.
  • Will be site based no remote working.

The Person

  • Will be a graduate or upcoming graduate ideally with a mechanical degree.
  • Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • AutoCAD experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience would be advantageous.
  • Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
