Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including file management and client correspondence
- Oversee diary management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination (in-person and remote)
- Communicate professionally with clients and external parties
- Prepare legal bundles using electronic tools and maintain organised document systems
- Support billing and time recording processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Collaborate with a wider team to maintain a supportive working environment

- Confident written and verbal communication style
