Reed are delighted to be working alongside and established construction business who are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator on a full time permanent contract. This role is integral to team team, supporting the Operations Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in the efficient allocation of site staff.
  • Liaise with clients regarding enquiries, provide quotations, and process orders.
  • Scheduling and coordinating labour workers
  • Organise and maintain project files and records.
  • Assist in collating and issuing reports to clients.
  • Compile project invoices and update internal accounts department information.
  • Assist with Quality Audit information and Supplier Questionnaires.
  • Answer general email and telephone enquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident attitude.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Reliable with a good record of timekeeping.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
