Senior Payroll Administrator

A leading UK Financial Services Group who provides Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest Companies are looking to recruit into their expanding Payroll Team. The team you would be joining manage Pension Payrolls on behalf of some of the largest companies in the UK running end to end monthly, quarterly and annual pension payrolls.

This role involves working in a team environment where you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients. You will also be heavily involved in Payroll Project Support, managing payroll migration, parallel runs and client projects.

Specifics of the role include -

  • Carry out standard and non-standard payroll tasks, ensuring everything is completed to deadlines and service standard levels.
  • Liaise with Technical Pension Administration teams, resolving queries and managing normal business activities.
  • Enter all payroll and data onto the system. Gather data and payroll information which can be used for analysis.
  • Support Senior colleagues with payroll projects and ad hoc business requirements.
  • Help check junior team members work, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Identify errors and escalate as and when required.
