Description
- Provide professional advice and support to patients.
- Ensure the safe, efficient and profitable running of the pharmacy.
- Work in accordance with legal, professional and ethical guidelines.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Lead, mentor and supervise the pharmacy team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers.
- Implement health promotions and services within the pharmacy.
- Continually update professional knowledge and skills.
Profile
A successful Pharmacist should have:
- Qualified Pharmacist status, registered with the GPhC.
- Knowledge and experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor and supervise a team.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and ensuring profitable running of the pharmacy.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £55,000 - £65,000.
