A well-regarded Newcastle-based consultancy is looking to recruit a capable Project Manager to lead key projects across the North East. The Project Manager will work on schemes in the housing, education, and healthcare sectors, managing full project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from design stage through to completion, overseeing contract administration, budgeting, timelines and stakeholder reporting. You'll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure smooth project execution.
The Project Manager
3+ years of consultancy project management experience
Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS or MAPM preferred, or on the pathway
Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of North East construction market advantageous
