Our client, a market-leading and highly successful Estate Agency, is looking to recruit a Sales Valuer for its Newcastle branch due to expansion and a strong market presence.

Working hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturdays - a lieu day given when a Saturday is worked
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Basic salary £26,000
- OTE £40,000
- Company car or allowance
- Career progression

Sales Valuer requirements:
- Strong track record in listing with the ability to gain instructions
- Positive and driven individual
- Previous experience as either a Lister or Valuer
- Local knowledge would be helpful but not essential
- UK driving licence
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
- Professional working attitude
- Being able to build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:
