Office Angels is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Purchasing / Procurement Administrator to join a well-established, market-leading business in the creative sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a talented Purchasing Manager, liaising with suppliers, tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm (40-hour week) - will consider candidates who can work between 32-40 hours

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment for projects
  • Maintaining accurate purchase orders, records, and supplier details
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm costs, quantities, and delivery dates
  • Tracking inventory levels and supporting stock control
  • Providing administrative support to the Purchasing Manager
  • Negotiating prices and terms where appropriate

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
