A nationally recognised Construction Consultancy is expanding its Newcastle office and is on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established, supportive team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step and work on meaningful, high-value projects from day one.

Joining a close-knit team of five, the Quantity Surveyor will immediately get stuck into a strong pipeline of healthcare schemes. You'll also gain exposure to a wide variety of sectors including commercial, residential, leisure, hotels, education, social housing, and retail - keeping your workload exciting and varied.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll work across the full project lifecycle and benefit from direct mentorship from senior professionals. The consultancy offers a tailored APC programme, in-house training, and all the support needed to become MRICS - making this the ideal position for a Quantity Surveyor on their chartership journey.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to progress professionally
  • Good pre & post contract experience
