Job Description:
- Setting appointments for sales reps
- Calling leads as they come through the pipeline to steer them in the right direction and get them booked in
- Flushing out the CRM to make the most of leads who have not yet booked a call
- Pre-qualifying leads
- Working on the phone and the CRM
- Very straightforward role, doesn't need as much property domain expertise but needs to be a friendly voice who is prolific on phones and laptops
Remuneration:

- Performance based bonus on qualified calls delivered for sales reps.
About the company:
- A full stack development business with 30 full time staff and 50 indirect staff
- Have a development and project management business, 2 construction companies, a lettings and management business and a maintenance business. This is all vertically integrated into the client service so we are capturing and controlling every phase of the project lifecycle.
- They develop HMOs (Houses of multiple occupation/ rented per room), BTLs (Buy To Lets), C2R (Commercial to residential conversions/ offices to apartments)
- They find the properties, manage the refurbishments and let them to tenants, then manage for the long term, the client refinances the property, releasing their principal capital and then buy another property, the process repeats
- They build portfolios for clients that they own and we charge a fee for the service
- At the moment these projects are all based in the North East of the UK
