What You'll Do:As our new Conveyancer, your role will be vital in guiding clients through the exciting and sometimes complex world of residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

  • A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or licensed Conveyancer) with experience in residential property.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
