What You'll Do:As our new Conveyancer, your role will be vital in guiding clients through the exciting and sometimes complex world of residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conducting property searches and liaising with local authorities.
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or licensed Conveyancer) with experience in residential property.
- Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
