The Role:-

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager for a 6 month temporary contract to lead, coordinate and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable facilities and estates management services across educational sites

Key Responsibilities:- 

As an Estates Manager, your primary responsibilities include overseeing the management and maintenance of all properties within the estate. This involves conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, liaising with contractors, and overseeing staff within the estate department.

What we are looking for:-
  • Degree in Estate Management or related field
  • Previous experience in facilities or estate management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Thorough understanding of property management principles
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
