You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (preferably in a law firm or professional services).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional and polished demeanour.
