Due to the continued growth of the business we are now looking to strengthen our recruitment team and recruit a Recruitment Consultant to support develop and grow relationships with a range of clients throughout the region.
Your main duties will include;
- Servicing new and existing clients and liaising with staff at various levels.
- Develop excellent relationships with all key contacts.
- Ensure you provide high level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process.
- Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure your clients receive the best candidates on the market.
- Collate KPI information for the use in HR Reports.
- Support in the analysis of data.
- Complete a range of recruitment administration and compliance checks and duties.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
- Organise new starter inductions and training.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
About you;
- A customer service type background with the desire to succeed in recruitment.
- Previous experience of working within an office environment would be preferred.
- Able to demonstrate good tenure/longevity in job roles.
- Able to work in a fast-moving target driven environment.
- Possess drive, tenacity and be hard working.
- Naturally customer orientated.
- Driving licence and access to your own car.
