- Identify and engage top-tier Data & AI talent
- Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing to placement
- Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence
- Become a go-to expert in your specialist market
What You'll Bring:

- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A degree is welcome, but not essential
