The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be client acquisition, business development, and relationship management across the Northeast. You will actively canvas, visit, and engage prospective clients, identifying recruitment needs and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing and prospecting for potential clients.
- Expanding and maintaining the customer database through proactive sales.
- Conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiating supplier agreements and proposals.
- Managing your personal diary and business planning.
- Proven experience in recruitment sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, tenacious, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider BD team.
- A full UK driving licence is required for client visits.
