Are you an experienced A-ZBusiness Development Manageroffering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions multiple clients in the North East Region.

Having first class knowledge of the local area, you will map and target new business leads and convert leads to help supply candidates via local branches. Building key relationships, attending meetings, communicating via phone and email area form the foundations of this opportunity.

As aBusiness Development Manager,youwill join a well known and respected recruitment agency who have first class infrastructure, budgets and support to give you all the tools needed. You will work closely with the branch and teams to deliver your promises.

Working a flexi 40hr week Mon-Friday. Your salary will be DOE plus car allowance and uncapped commission structure, 25 days holiday plus birthday and bank holidays. A comprehensive benefits package is given together with ongoing training to enhance your own personal skills.
