We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Manager to lead and oversee the electrical scope of a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems for commercial buildings, team leadership, and contractor coordination.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all electrical works on the commercial project

Manage subcontractors and ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades

Review and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications

Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively

Ensure timely completion of milestones and manage project timelines

Monitor budgets and control costs related to electrical works

Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety practices
Electrical Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Supervisor on commercial construction projects

SMSTS
-
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installations, and standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively

Understanding of local electrical codes and construction regulations

Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management tools
