You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment or will enjoy the operational side of retail.. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class store standards.In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £32,000 and a night allowance up to 40%. There is also a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. You will also benefit from an extra 52 days off per year as the shift patterns are three days on, three days off.
