Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support cases
  • Prepare and organise legal documents, files, and correspondence
  • Assist lawyers in drafting contracts, pleadings, and other legal paperwork
  • Manage case deadlines and schedules to ensure timely submissions
  • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external agencies as required
  • Maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation
  • Support the team with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
