You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, driving process improvements, and ensuring software is architecturally sound, maintainable, and well-tested.Responsibilities-     Lead and manage embedded software engineering projects from conception to completion-     Improve software development methodologies and best practices-     Manage configuration control and change processing-     Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress, velocity, and burndown-     Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery-     Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement-     Drive automated testing methods and frameworks-     Oversee release management processes and best practicesExperience? Degree in Electronic / Software Engineering or equivalent? Proven experience in leading software development projects within embedded systems? Strong understanding of embedded C / C++ and object-oriented methodologies? Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, JIRA / Confluence, and automated testing frameworks? Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and SIL-rated software (desirable)?
