Location: Newcastle
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Yard Operatives to join their busy operations team at their Newcastle site. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for the motor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and park a variety of manual and automatic vehicles around the yard.
  • Barcode and tag keys for all new vehicle arrivals.
  • Log and remove any valuables left in vehicles.
  • Jump-start vehicles when required (training provided).
  • Ensure vehicles are stored and presented in line with site standards and daily schedules.
  • Refer any issues or complaints to the Yard Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Support other yard tasks to meet operational deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
