About the Role:

This role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for basic sifting of candidates/applications
  • Interview scheduling
  • Customer service and communication via email, phone and text.
  • You will updating trackers and the recruitment system
  • Administrative support (full training provided)
  • Basic reporting - pulling data from systems
  • You will support central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub

Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
  • Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Reliable, ethical, and proactive
  • Able to handle high volumes of work

Desirable

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
