The position is for a Test Engineer with SC clearance, located in Newcastle, Blackpool, or Manchester, requiring in-office presence ideally two times a week.
The contract is set to start as soon as possible and will last until April 29, 2026.
Candidates should have professional experience with testing tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, and SOAP UI, along with automation testing skills in Java, Cucumber, and Selenium.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins, as well as knowledge of testing in microservices and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), is essential.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a requirement of at least 3 years in a similar testing role.

Technical skills / required tech stack:

Professional experience with testing tools (e.g., Rest Assured, Postman, SOAP UI)
Experience in building automation tests using:

Java, Cucumber, Selenium or similar
JavaScript and HTML, Playwright or similar

Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Concourse).
Knowledge of testing in microservices and cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
