3 months rolling contracts

Location: Newcastle - hybrid working
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user research, with demonstrable experience delivering projects within public sector or government environments
- Plan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to embed user-centred design practices.
- Champion user needs and ensure they are central to service design and delivery.
- Develop research plans and deliver actionable insights to inform product and service development.
- Present findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Ensure research activities align with GDS guidelines and contribute to service assessments.
- Maintain research documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices.
