Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus Scheme

Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Holidays: 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

About the Role

An established business is looking for a hands-on Vehicle Service Fitter to join their busy workshop. The role involves fitting towbars, servicing and repairing trailers, and maintaining the company’s hire fleet.

The Job

· Fit towbars to customer vehicles efficiently and safely

· Service and repair customer trailers

· Maintain and service the company’s hire trailer fleet

· Keep accurate service and maintenance records

· Assemble and modify trailers as required

· Diagnose faults and provide technical advice

· Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines

About You

· Experience in vehicle fitting, trailer servicing, or general mechanical/automotive work

· Strong technical and problem-solving skills

· Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Full, valid UK driving licence
