Day-to-Day of the Role:- Deliver engaging and hands-on motor vehicle training sessions.
- Support learners in developing practical skills and industry knowledge.
- Build positive and supportive relationships to inspire and motivate.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, learner-focused team.
- Adapt to timetable changes and support in other curriculum areas when needed.
- Extensive experience in the motor vehicle industry with a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, PGCE, Certificate in Education) or working towards one.
- Assessors’ qualification (e.g., A1, D33/D34, CAVA, TAQA, IQA) or working towards one.
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in the Motor Vehicle field.
- Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance.
