We're recruiting experienced chefs to jump into flexible, temporary roles in Stoke-on-Trent. Whether you're after the odd shift or want something longer-term (with the chance of a permanent opportunity), we'd love to chat.
What We're Looking For:
? Proven experience working as a chef
? Food Hygiene Level 2 (dated within the last 3 years)
? Own chef whites and knives
? Able to run a kitchen section solo
? Organised, hard-working, and reliable
? Team player who isn't afraid to muck in wherever needed - including cleaning
? Calm under pressure with a real passion for food
? Excellent time management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
?? Food prep and high-quality cooking
?? Storing stock and putting away deliveries
?? Keeping your section clean and organised
?? Washing up and kitchen hygiene
?? Following food safety standards at all times
?? Using your initiative and working well within a team
