Our client, a leading international transport services provider, is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop new business, and ensure customer satisfaction within the logistics sector. This role involves proactive sales, account management, and a focus on growth and profitability. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
  • Account Management:Managing existing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
