Site Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and organisedSite Engineerto join their engineeringteam.

The role will be working at various sites throughout the UK so nights away will be required.

Duties

• Workingsafely on site to install, repair and service mechanical equipment
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Fault finding and diagnosis
• Looking after tools,equipment and van
• Responsible for the completion of safety documentation and reports

Requirements

• Time served Mechanical engineer with qualifications in a relevant engineering subject
• Full understanding mechanical and hydraulic equipment, ideally with knowledge of pumping equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently
