Ivy Resource Group is looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering high-quality electrical services across both domestic and commercial properties. This is a mobile role, requiring flexibility to travel across multiple sites in the Midlands and occasionally further afield.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installations in both commercial and domestic settings

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance

  • Install and service 1 & 3-phase power systems

  • Perform EICR testing and documentation

  • Complete LED lighting upgrades and energy-saving solutions

  • Diagnose faults and make effective repairs

  • Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations

  • Accurately complete documentation and liaise with clients and management

  • Take a proactive approach in identifying and quoting for additional works



Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical installation

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (BS7671:2018)

  • City & Guilds 2391-52 (Testing & Inspection)

  • Strong understanding of BS 7671 regulations

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • Willingness to travel and participate in out-of-hours call-out rota

  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude

    • 100 paid for the week of cover (calculated at 10/day Monday-Friday and 25/day Saturday-Sunday)

    • Attended call-outs paid at 40 for the first hour, then time and a half for additional hours

  • Sick pay in line with statutory sick pay (SSP) regulations
