IFA Administrator - Temporary

We are seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis, with the possibility of temp to perm. This role can be full-time (37.5 hours per week), or part-time will be considered down to 30 hours per week. This role involves preparing suitability reports, gathering information and liaising with product providers, and dealing with both individual clients and businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a full range of financial products and managing documents required for industry regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Write suitability reports and carry out in-depth analysis of different types of financial contracts.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain detailed information about their personal financial
  • Assist Advisers in preparing for client meetings.
  • Submit applications to financial institutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all client files are compliant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven background in Wealth Management Administration is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in platforms like IO, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, Voyant.
