We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English tutor to join our dynamic team at A Star Tutoring. If you have a passion for teaching, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
路 Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
路 Assist students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.
路 Develop personalized lesson plans and learning materials based on student needs.
路 Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
路 Identify areas of improvement and implement targeted strategies for individual students.
路 Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
路 Excellent proficiency in the English language.
路 Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
路 Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable.
路 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
路 Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
路 Passion for education and helping students achieve their language goals.
