You'll be working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
- A nurturing and resilient approach to supporting learning and behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
