As a Procurement Graduate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the purchasing and stock management processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll learn how to manage supplier relationships, maintain stock levels, and ensure products arrive on time and within budget.Â
We’re looking for ambition, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in how materials and products flow through a business.Â

What You’ll Be DoingÂ

Supporting the team with producing and managing purchase ordersÂ

Learning how to create kit lists for production jobsÂ

Assisting with goods receipt processes, paperwork, and supplier documentationÂ

Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best cost and quality outcomesÂ

Helping maintain supplier records and documentation traceabilityÂ
-
Monitoring stock levels and learning to use business systems such as SageÂ
-
Supporting scheduling of parts to meet production and customer deadlinesÂ

Working with various departments (engineering, stores, accounts) to ensure smooth operationsÂ

Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with suppliers and internal teamsÂ

A keen interest in how businesses source, manage, and deliver materials or productsÂ

Good organisation skills and attention to detailÂ

Comfortable using spreadsheets or ERP systems (training provided)Â
