Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Coach and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with vendors and buyers.
  • Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on sales, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and assess local competitor performance and develop strategic business plans to enhance branch success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to Estate Agency and a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.
  • Outstanding customer service reputation.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages and strong IT skills.
