Day-to-day of the role:- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
- Coach and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with vendors and buyers.
- Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on sales, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and assess local competitor performance and develop strategic business plans to enhance branch success.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of current legislation related to Estate Agency and a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.
- Outstanding customer service reputation.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages and strong IT skills.
- £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience, with uncapped commission.
- Company Car or a monthly Car Allowance.
