We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and delivering value for money across the organisation.

The Role

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis and business partnering across the Group.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Support strategic decision-making through modelling, scenario planning, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to ensure robust financial governance.
  • Present financial performance to the Board and Executive Team.

You will also lead a high-performing team, champion data-led decision-making, and deputise for the Assistant Director of Resources when required.About YouWe're looking for a dynamic and collaborative finance leader who brings:

  • CCAB qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
  • Proven experience in business partnering, ideally within housing or construction.
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Power BI experience a plus).
  • Expertise in financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls.
  • A track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
