Caritas Futures is proud to support a respected charity working tirelessly to support survivors of domestic abuse. We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Caseworker - Admin based in Plaistow.

Role Overview:

As a Caseworker - Admin, you will play a vital administrative role in supporting frontline services that assist vulnerable individuals impacted by domestic violence. Your work will involve managing sensitive documentation, maintaining accurate records, liaising with partner agencies, and providing essential administrative support to frontline caseworkers and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to casework and support teams.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, data entry, and file management.
  • Schedule and coordinate multi-agency meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards.
  • Assist with monitoring service outcomes and preparing reports.
  • Support the team with risk and needs assessments by managing documentation and follow-ups.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a safeguarding or support services setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check.
