About the Role
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Paint Shop Technicians to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company in the coatings and finishing industry. As a Paint Shop Technician, you will play a key role in preparing, coating, and finishing high-quality components, contributing to the success of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply primers, paints, and coatings to components using various techniques.
- Maintain high standards of precision and quality in all work.
- Ensure workplace safety and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in paint shop work or a similar role.
- Ability to work with spraying equipment, paint mixing systems, and surface preparation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
