Are you an organised and motivated individual looking to build a career in logistics or production planning? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business in Newhaven, working closely with a small and supportive team.
  
As a Junior Logistics & Production Planning Assistant, you’ll help manage order entry, shipping documentation, and production scheduling. You’ll play an important part in ensuring goods move smoothly through the business and reach customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
  • Prepare and process international shipping paperwork.
  • Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
  • Update and maintain production schedules and order progress.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and team administration.

  
Requirements:

  • Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications.
  • A proactive, reliable, and eager-to-learn approach.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is helpful but not essential.
