We are looking for a candidate with skills and experience in customer service, sales or account management to undertake the role of Junior Account Manager with a large and well established manufacturing company that operate internationally.
As the vacancy is for a Junior Account Manager applications from experienced account managers are welcome but they are also open to considering candidates without previous account management experience but with customer service or sales related backgrounds.
The Junior Account Manager will:
- Assist managing client portfolios, working with senior account managers
- Be a point of contact for client queries, providing responses to requests and accurate details related to products and services
- Be involved in account planning, proposals, and creating presentations
- Work with various internal teams to ensure key deliverables are met
- Track and feedback on client projects
- Produce and monitor account performance reports
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Skills & experience required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail / accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management and eager to progress a career
