Teamwork Partnership is currently seeking a General Operatives to join their clients team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.
Our Client is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products with manufacturing multiple sites.
As a result of rapid growth and success, we are recruiting for an Production Operative known as an Operations Team Member with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant to join our award-winning company.
You will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment to manufacture concrete products to required specifications, contributing to site delivery of safety, quality, waste and OEE targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
- Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
- Team player with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Clearly defined career path with incremental salary increases at agreed stages.
Pay rate is between 13.14
- Monday to Friday: 6.00 - 14:00

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
