Machine Operator (2pm - 10pm)
30,000 - 32,000 + Company Bonus + Overtime + Medical + 5% Pension

Are you a hands-on Operator with experience in CNC, saws, shot blaster, welding, or similar looking for a Monday to Friday role working back shifts, for a large and reputable company offering an excellent bonus scheme, plenty of optional overtime, and a long-term and stable role?
In this Monday to Friday role you will be working in a small team on a busy site, using manual and CNC machinery, shot blasters, lasers, and cutters. You will also be welding, interpreting technical drawings and using measuring equipment, with ongoing training given on specifics through both shadowing and a tailored training plan.
This family-run company are a leading supplier of their industrial products, with a turnover of more than 150 million. They are highly regarded for their consistent sales and growth and are proud to have increased their turnover year on year for well over a decade.
This role would suit somebody with a background operating machinery, who likes to work hands-on in a close-knit team with plenty of job stability in a mid-shift role.
The Role:
- Working hands-on using machinery such as CNC, shot blasters, and saws
- Doing some welding when needed, with ongoing training given
- Working within a small team on a large production site
- Monday to Thursday, 2pm - 10pm, finish at 7pm on Fridays, 37 hours a week
- *Days shifts will be worked until fully trained (roughly 3 months)*
The Person:
- Experience with saws, CNC, shot blasters or similar
- Looking for a back shift role
