Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised food manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £15.03 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Team Leader is based in Fordham, near Newmarket.

Shifts for Team Leader:

• Choice of fixed 14.00 - 22.00 shift or
• Rotating 06.00 - 14.00 one week, 14.00 - 22.00 the next
• Occasional Saturdays as required by the business

Pay:

• £15.03ph
• £18.79ph for overtime (after 40 hours per week)
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Team Leader:

• Managing a small team of operators
• Inventory control and stock checking
• Supervising the warehouse
• Maintaining company health and safety standards
• Reporting issues to management
• Motivating, training and encouraging your team

This is a temp to perm role, so after successfully completing a 12 week probationary period, (during which time you will be employed by our agency), you will move to a permanent contract with our client.
