Job Title: Trainee Assembler

Salary: £13.51per hour

Work hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 (flexible working hours offered)

Contract: 3months (summer contract)

Location:  Newmarket

 

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our production team as a Trainee Assembler. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a hands-on career in manufacturing and assembly. Full training will be provided – all you need is a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a good eye for detail.

 

As the next Trainee Assembler your day will consist of:

  • Assembling components and products according to technical drawings and instructions

  • Ensuring quality standards are met at every stage of production

  • Following health and safety guidelines

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet production targets

 

The Trainee Assembler should have the following skills and experience:

  • Keen to learn and develop new skills

  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Able to use and operate basic hand tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Studies in anything mechanical or electrical is ideal but not essential

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is helpful but not essential
