This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with a strong footprint in the commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors.You will take full operational responsibility for the branch, lead a team of 4 consultants, and drive business growth through strategic development, exceptional leadership, and hands-on recruitment.Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4 recruitment consultants
Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring performance targets are met
Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop team capabilities
Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and compliance standards
Work closely with regional and senior management to align with company goals
Foster a high-performance, supportive, and inclusive team culture
Maintain market knowledge and stay informed of sector trends and challenges

Requirements:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or branch management experience
Strong background in recruiting within commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors
Excellent leadership and people management skills
A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable with flexible/hybrid working models
