This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with a strong footprint in the commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors.You will take full operational responsibility for the branch, lead a team of 4 consultants, and drive business growth through strategic development, exceptional leadership, and hands-on recruitment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4 recruitment consultants
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring performance targets are met
  • Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop team capabilities
  • Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and compliance standards
  • Work closely with regional and senior management to align with company goals
  • Foster a high-performance, supportive, and inclusive team culture
  • Maintain market knowledge and stay informed of sector trends and challenges
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or branch management experience
  • Strong background in recruiting within commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with flexible/hybrid working models
