- Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4 recruitment consultants
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring performance targets are met
- Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop team capabilities
- Monitor KPIs, financial targets, and compliance standards
- Work closely with regional and senior management to align with company goals
- Foster a high-performance, supportive, and inclusive team culture
- Maintain market knowledge and stay informed of sector trends and challenges
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or branch management experience
- Strong background in recruiting within commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
