Are you ready to step up and take on a role where you're more than just a number? As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work closely with the Head of IT and a growing IT team, playing a key role in the company's ongoing success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • 1st and 2nd Line IT Support - Handling more complex tickets, not just password resets.
  • Systems Administration - Windows environment.
  • Infrastructure Projects - Supporting improvements and rollouts.
  • O365 & Networking - Managing and supporting a range of applications.
  • Hardware Setup - Configuring and deploying new desktops and laptops.
  • Stakeholder Management - Gather requirements and set expectations with various stakeholders

What You'll Need for this IT Support Engineer role:

  • 2nd Line IT Support experience - O365, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
  • Strong communication skills - You'll be working with teams across the business.
  • Full UK driving licence & car - Travel between sites on occasions (mileage paid).
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
