What You'll Be Doing:
- 1st and 2nd Line IT Support - Handling more complex tickets, not just password resets.
- Systems Administration - Windows environment.
- Infrastructure Projects - Supporting improvements and rollouts.
- O365 & Networking - Managing and supporting a range of applications.
- Hardware Setup - Configuring and deploying new desktops and laptops.
- Stakeholder Management - Gather requirements and set expectations with various stakeholders
What You'll Need for this IT Support Engineer role:
- 2nd Line IT Support experience - O365, AD, Intune, Windows Server.
- Strong communication skills - You'll be working with teams across the business.
- Full UK driving licence & car - Travel between sites on occasions (mileage paid).
- Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
