Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons appropriate for primary-aged children.
- Develop lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to help students improve.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding childrenās progress and behaviour.
- Participate in school events and staff meetings.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, specifically for primary education.
- Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher.
- Strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
