We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a 25M new build project,in the Suffolk area.
Coming from a proven track record of Quantity Surveying, your role will be to carry outsurveying duties including cost reporting & CVR by way of regular site visits as well as hybrid/office based work to ensure that the job is to budget.
The existing commercial team is relatively young, overseen by a highly experienced Managing Surveyor; some mentoring will be required as part of the Senior QS role in terms of supporting existing Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
The company in question is a privately owned, forward thinking Main Contractor that turns over some 1.3B, with 500M in the bank at all times. Their office is relatively new, which is based on the outskirts of Cambridge and has been operational for some 18 months.
Now is a particularly good time to join this well known Contractor, due to internal promotion opportunities.
